Terms of Service

I.  CONDUCT
1. All parties are expected to write in a clear, concise and polite manner.2. All relevant reference material and requirements should be provided before any work begins or payment is submitted.3. Clear communication is required for accurate interpretation of your request.4. Failure to abide by the terms outlined may result in the commission being declined or canceled.II. PAYMENT
1. Full commission price must be paid 2-3 (two to three) days after the commission is completed.2. Payment accepted in USD only (please use a converter if you use different currency).3. Payment will be requested only via Paypal, Roblox Robux, or Discord NitroIII. PROCESS
1. The artist will receive the client's Google Form which holds the information about what the client wants. If there is anything they are unsure of or see is missing, they will contact the client with their preferred contact method with any questions. After the artist finishes the sketch, they will present it to the client and ask if there would be anything that they would like to change or add/remove. Then, they will finish the piece (with updates if requested) and request payment after sending it to the client with a watermark by their preferred contact. Only then will they receive the piece without the watermark.2. Commissions are generally expected to take 1-2 (one to two) weeks to a month to complete.3. If there are any circumstances that delay commission completion, the client will be informed.IV. REVISIONS
1. The subject of the commission cannot be changed after the sketch is completed.2. A maximum of 3 (three) revisions are given during the sketch stage free of charge.3. Further revisions will result in fees proportional to the additional workload.4. No revisions will be made once the commission is considered complete.V. CANCELLATION + REFUND POLICY
1. The artist has the right to cancel the commission and refund the appropriate amount at any time.2. If the artist is not able to finish the commission after a month and a half, they will either ask to cancel the commission, or postpone the completion to a more doable date and contact the client later. If that is not ideal, then the client is free to cancel the commission on their own terms.3. If the client ceases contact for over 2 (two) months, the commission will be considered concluded and no refunds will be issued.4. Forcing a chargeback will result in personal and public blacklisting. All rights that may have been bestowed in relation to the artwork will be retracted and appropriate legal action may be taken.VI. COPYRIGHT + USAGE
1. Under no circumstances may the artist's signature be removed from any work.2. Art may not be modified or edited by anyone but the original artist.3. The artist reserves full rights to the work produced.4. All commissions are for personal use unless otherwise agreed upon.5. Under no circumstances may personal, non-commercial art be used for the purposes of making or promoting monetized content by anyone but the original artist.By commissioning me, Ryusei, you agree to all terms.
